Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- All included hardware, accessories, and documentation must be returned.
- Custom or made-to-order items (such as custom cushions) are non-returnable.
- Items that have been used, assembled, painted, stained, or displayed are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
- Return label is the customer's responsibility.

To request one, please email or call us at info@technestoutdoors.com or +1(425) 318-0920 with your order number and reason for return.
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned to the address provided with the RMA.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns can be sent to 14423 Corte Morea, San Diego, CA 92129.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- All damages must be reported to the carrier at time of delivery.
- Inspect all packages before signing the freight bill and note any damage.
- Damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Submit clear photos with order number and description of the damage or issue to info@technestoutdoors.com to initiate a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product defect or our error, this fee may be waived. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
