Peace of Mind for Your Outdoor Investment
At TechNest Outdoors, we stand behind every piece of Teak furniture we sell. When you buy from us, you’re not just getting exceptional quality—you’re getting our commitment to service, satisfaction, and long-term value.

What’s Covered

  • Teak & Solid Hardwood Furniture
    2-Year Residential Limited Warranty: Covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years for residential use (one year for commercial use).
    Includes: All Anderson Teak frames, chairs, love seats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches, and tables.
    Note: Small cracks in end grain are natural and not considered defects.
  • All-Weather Wicker Frames
    2-Year Residential Limited Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for two years (one year for commercial use).
  • Tuscany Limestone & Versailles Collections
    Same coverage: 2 years for residential use, 1 year for commercial use. (Small cracks or dents from shipping are not covered.)
  • Umbrellas & Fabrics
    1-Year Warranty: Umbrella frames and bases are covered for one year against defects from splitting, rusting, or exposure conditions.
    Fabrics: One-year warranty against defects (proof of purchase required).
  • Cushions
    1-Year Warranty: Seat cushions are covered against loss of resiliency for one year. Softening and shaping from use are normal and not considered a defect. Cushions are custom-made and non-returnable after production.

What’s Not Covered

  • Misuse, neglect, or lack of care/maintenance
  • Fading from ocean air or beach environments
  • Normal fabric fading, or natural wood color changes
  • Damage caused by umbrellas or glass tabletops
  • Water damage from high pressure or freezing
  • Wind or weather events (“Acts of Nature”)
  • Any condition resulting from abuse or improper cleaning

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Proof of Purchase: Keep your TechNest Outdoors receipt or order confirmation—it’s required for all claims.
  2. Photo Documentation: Take clear photos of the issue to help us serve you quickly.
  3. Reach Out: Contact us at support@technestoutdoors.com or call (425) 318-0920.
  4. We Handle the Rest: For the first year, we’ll work with Anderson Teak to repair or replace defective parts (excluding shipping to and from the repair center). After the first year, the customer covers shipping and handling costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your new outdoor space. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days, let us know. We’ll replace your item, issue a refund (minus delivery/restocking), or credit your account—your choice. After 30 days, items may be exchanged for the same product or merchandise credit (delivery/restocking excluded).

Additional Details & Fine Print

  • Limitations: Warranties apply only to original purchasers buying new products through authorized retailers like TechNest Outdoors.
  • Exclusions: Not valid for items purchased “as is,” at liquidation sales, or second-hand.
  • Replacement Materials: If an exact match isn’t available, Anderson Teak will use materials of equal or higher quality.
  • Fabrics/Finishes: Damage from improper cleaning or chemical treatments voids the warranty.
  • Implied Warranties: These are limited to the term above. Some states don’t allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages—your rights may vary.
