📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods
We offer free economy class shipping on all orders within the USA. Depending on the size and weight of your order, your shipment will be sent via:
- UPS Ground – For small parcel items
- LTL Freight (Curbside Delivery) – For larger or heavier items
Carriers are selected case-by-case to ensure the best rates and reliable delivery. All shipments are made through our supplier partners, including Anderson Teak, who maintain high fulfillment standards.
⏱ Order Processing & Lead Times
- Standard Processing: 3–5 business days
- Peak Season (Spring/Summer): 5–7 business days
- Cushion Orders: 2–3 weeks (custom-made, non-refundable)
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped.
🚚 Expedited Shipping
While expedited shipping is not part of our standard offering, we may be able to accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and potential costs.
🔎 Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are shared with customers as soon as they are made available to us by our fulfillment partners. You will receive this information via email once your shipment has left the warehouse.
📦 Damaged Items & Returns in Transit
In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit, we will work directly with our shipping partner to resolve the issue. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo documentation.
↩️ Returns & Shipping Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be disassembled and returned in their original packaging
- Products must be free from damage, wear, or modification
- Fully assembled products using glue or dowels cannot be returned
